Entertaiment

Entertaiment is anything that entertains. The term may refer to a broad genre of work, such as theatre, music, film, television, video games, or any other type of media that provides pleasure or amusement. According to Oliver and Barstsch (2010) entertainment is understood objectively, involves communication between text and audience, is caused by external stimulus, offers pleasure, requires an audience to exist and occurs in a passive form.
